Job Title: CNA / LPN Staffing Recruiter

What You’ll Do

As a CNA / LPN Staffing Recruiter, you’ll be the bridge between talented healthcare professionals and the facilities that need them most. You’ll build genuine relationships, help candidates navigate their career journeys, and play a hands-on role in keeping our healthcare system strong.

In this role, you will:

Recruit, screen, and place qualified CNAs and LPNs in facilities nationwide.
Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals — getting to know their goals, preferences, and strengths.
Manage job postings, review resumes, and conduct phone interviews to match candidates to open positions.
Work closely with our credentialing and compliance teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Collaborate with client managers to fill client needs quickly and effectively.
Maintain accurate records in our ATS and follow up regularly with candidates to keep them engaged.
Represent Titan with good character and Integrity.
What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of recruiting or staffing experience, preferred. (CNA/LPN/LTC). Recruiting experience in another industry and sales experience will be considered in leiu of LTC recruiting background.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A positive attitude and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with recruiting tools (Indeed, LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems, etc.).
A passion for helping people and making an impact in healthcare.
