Titan Medical Group is looking for a motivated, passionate, driven Staff Accountant to assist in the following areas:
The Staff Accountant performs professional accounting work, preparing financial and statistical reports, providing information to the CFO regarding accounting practices and procedures and reconciling general ledger accounts, and assisting in the preparation of year-end audit reports and invoicing.
Open to entry-level, college graduates with a Bachelor’s in Accounting.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
· The job functions listed below represent the essential job duties and responsibilities of the above-listed position.
· Reconciles general ledger and subsidiary accounts.
· Assists in monthly financial statement preparation
· Assists in the review of job orders and extension of job orders
· QuickBooks input for journal entries and accounts payable
· Support external audit requirements
· Prepares and compiling monthly Client reports.
· Post cash receipts.
· Inputs new hires/terms in Workforce Now (ADP)
· Fixed Asset maintenance and preparation of depreciation schedules
· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
· Other projects as assigned.

· Ability to communicate effectively.
· Ability to maintain accurate financial records and prepare clear and accurate reports for informational, auditing, and operational use: reconciling accounts, records, reports, and journals.
· Skill in preparing financial and/or auditor statements, schedules and reports; interpreting, applying, and explaining complex laws, codes, regulations, and ordinances; reviewing and verifying the accuracy of data; maintaining accounting records for special accounts and projects.
· Ability to make sound, independent judgments with established policies and procedures, organize own work, set priorities, and meet critical deadlines.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Graduate from a four-year college or university with major coursework in accounting and/or finance
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required
5 years in a similar role.

This is a phone-based Client Management career opportunity with high-income potential.
To be successful in the role, the Client Manager seeks out, develops, and implements partnerships with healthcare providers clients, and nursing healthcare professionals (travelers). Negotiates contracts with the client including the determination of contract requirements and language, and financial agreements. Maintains and builds long-term relationships and establishes agreements with clients to ensure the success of client/employee relationships.

· Prospects healthcare organizations via phone, email, and text, which utilize traveling and nursing healthcare staff. Develops professional relationships with these organizations through consultative selling to establish contracts that service client needs.
· Negotiates contracts with clients including the determination of contract requirements and language and financial agreements. Financial agreements may include pay rates, bill rates, profit, housing allowance, per diem, car allowance, and living allowance among other financial considerations. Maintains contracts with clients and employees to ensure the success of client/employee relationships while ensuring the contract meets and exceeds the financial goals of the company.
· Acts as the primary point of contact for the health care organization client. Maintains contractual agreements and builds client relationships by generating proposals, proposal follow-up, finalist meetings, and win/loss tracking.
· Works with internal Medical Recruiters to fill client needs.
· Presents candidates, and coordinates interviews between candidates and healthcare organizations.
· Facilitates placement of travelers on client contracts.
· Assists recruiters with clients to ensure satisfaction for both the client and the traveler and contract compliance.
· Ensures recruiting activity and placement levels meet or exceed company goals.
